@VirMach said: Now some further clarifications as I'm sure there will be questions:
This is what it would have been and not what's currently displayed on the website. It means I'll be processing the math in the same way or close to the same way the system would be churning them out. They will be closer to the manual deals since they're being done manually. My brain has a good idea of exactly what I would have put for your node, so it won't just be resources divided by whatever quantity, it may receive multipliers if for example my brain says that would have been a better fit than smaller plans.
It is based on the node you landed on so I'll be processing them in batches with matching nodes. This means if someone landed on the same exact node as you, both of you will be getting the same specifications.
For "if it's lower" if any portion of it is higher, you'll be getting the difference added for that specification, not just that if it's lower at all or generally then it'll stay the same.
If there's any disputes on the fairness of what was generated, and every person who landed on the same node agrees (it could just be you) I'll allow you to request I look at it again. The request may be accepted or declined, and if it's accepted, I'll look through logs specifically for the most recent suggested plan for that node instead and using that, whether it's lower or higher.
@VirMach - you noticed.
I thought I would keep quiet so I did not jinx anything (or bias you). As for the initial result and then the 'upgrade', I think you were generous and certainly did your best. Now I have 11 vms, 10 in Amsterdam so expect a lot of moving / changes to actually pay for these mystery boxes

BTW one panel says FFME002.VIRM.AC other says AMSD018 - so is this the move to FF done (would have selected FF if it had been available anyway)?

"Friendly" names are only updated in billing panel, the SolusVM still have old Frankfurt names as this would potentially break a lot of stuff.
It's in Amsterdam, there are no servers in Frankfurt, there is no Frankfurt - all servers were physically driven by VirMach himself across the border.

I think the IP pricing portion of the code is broken, I've seen a few of them here and there that are priced pretty nonsensically but it's hard to know for sure since a lot of these prices don't make a lot of sense.

I'll go through and update the names on the other control panel soon, I might clear those out completely since so many people look at those and we don't actually use them anymore (the "friendly" name on SolusVM.)

what's up with the ssh port or is there something im missing?
i'm trying to change the default port, system check shows me that its successful. but then i can't log in using new ssh port. it also happened to another virmach vps(ubuntu), although that turned out ok in the end (im not sure how it did, checked back hours later and it let me in using the new port). and there're a few more vps which i haven't looked at yet.

Make sure /etc/selinux/config shows SELINUX=disabled or selinux will keep sshd from starting if it is not on the default port.
There are other ways to fix it and keep running selinux and ssh on a non default port, but I expect you will run into other issues if it is not disabled, so better to just disable it.
