Oradea might not get 2 different ISP links, as that turned out to be more complicated that initially discussed with them. It is a 1 year long story. We have 2 links there, but both from same ISP ( DiGi ).
New locations from now on will have 2 different upstream link's from start.
We wish to finalize some internal stuff + other before we open up location 2, as we wish to give the option for customers to be able to migrate services from Oradea -> Location 2, this will imply an IP change, but other then that it will go without reinstall, data loss or other measly things that usually happen. ( in other words an offline migration + ip change ). Details on this will be given after the go-live of location 2.

Why not make your own datacenter? Besides, Romania does not have large high-end datacenters from what I know. Maybe you can take EU funding. This is just a thought.
