As a provider, I really like hostbill. Very steep learning curve though if you're DIY the whole thing. Didn't like the idea of not owning my own billing panel, and short of spending years making my own Hostbill was a good choice.

As it seems, what we chose to start might not be suited for us, and we are gathering intel on what else is out there. I presume that at some point we will switch to other options regarding billing and provisioning.
