WTF?. I got down email notification from Hetrix last night, and when I checked today, my VPS got wiped out and the OS changed to windows?? checked the solusvm log and it has no record about the OS changes.. i guess Virmach nuked wrong VPS?

@somik, well of course that's not what i mean. I believe Virmach is currently too focused on repairing problematic servers and ignoring their other customers who are also facing a problem but unrelated to it.

i dont understand why a provider as big as @Virmach doesn't have a staff dedicated to handling support. i guess they like the customer to suffer in the dark.

@somik no it's a separate issue that happened to my VPS. the disk is missing from VPS. My VPS was stable for the past few months then suddenly my VPS froze and when i rebooted it, it stuck at boot screen with an error message about missing boot disk…

@FrankZ, does reinstall the VPS will automagically fix the missing disk issue? my VPS has been down for a week and I can't do anything from my end :(
