Okay I think I finally fixed the problem where it was heavily leaning Tokyo. Working on timer next. Doesn't mean I'm not working on several other more important things though, so it could be changed today, tomorrow, next black friday, whenever.

(Quote) I'm syncing it across all servers again, not sure why Chicago has problems since it was synced previously. Maybe I'm about to break netboot everywhere.

(Quote) Oh it was just a lock I put in place while I was changing some code. VirBot has been unchained. It's good to know the lock does work. I'd change "Switching Soon" to "Switching Soon™" but it feels less comfortable making …

(Quote) Don't worry I'm usually the first to notice and then never get to it. (Quote) I saw, defibrillator will have to wait. I'm doing too many different things at once. (Quote) Does the friendly name actually show up anywhere for anyone outside …

(Quote) Have you already purchased that? If so, you have it but the button is currently gone as the system's being reworked. Until it's back, I'm your change IP button. You'd make a ticket and it's currently manual. Later on it'll be automatic again…

The duration does need to be fixed a little. I just put in some numbers I thought would work but haven't had time to check it further. It does look like it skips through a bunch of them a little faster than intended. Like we definitely shouldn't be …

(Quote) Out of the last 65 services sold, 36 were sold in Tokyo (55%) I do notice the system putting in a lot of Tokyo recently, I think that's because it didn't put many earlier on and it's already cycled through many of the other nodes, and/or ma…

I've fine tuned some stuff for the flash deals. It doesn't seem to have had a positive impact. On another note, the timers are being played with and are more sophisticated now. It doesn't seem to have had a positive impact.

(Quote) It's nice hearing positive feedback about it because in some cases it definitely is getting to the point where the AI support can actually be better than a human. I notice myself referring customers to using some of our AI features and it's …

I should probably pay more attention, what's VirBot doing... how are these prices sustainable. Who coded this, how am I supposed to compete with my manual deals That's it, version 38 of the pricing formula coming soon™ I'm sure we'll finally get i…

(Quote) I saw your last comment, I wasn't sure what you were trying to say specifically. We didn't make any changes on our end, I'll speak with provider. Let me know when you noticed it changed for you, maybe make a ticket and provide MTR both direc…

(Quote) He's not doing anything wrong. He's just making a lot of orders. Some customers do that. It was just unexpectedly large so it made my calculations inaccurate for any custom deals right now. (Quote) Many reasons. The system works better with…

(Quote) $0/YR entire node resources? A customer made a series of bulk orders and messed up my spreadsheet, I have to start over. We're basically down by at least 500 IPv4 since I started on my custom deals. And he's still ordering, I'll wait until …

Where is my coupon? Scam?

Did I enter the giveaway correctly?

Okay I finally fixed the reviews page. It goes something like this but not perfect, close enough. * Each page shows an equal proportion of star rating, based on total number of 5 stars, 4 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars, 1 stars * Reviews now show from vot…

(Quote) I've been going through and setting the rejected ones to pending. I need to improve that part of the code further and figure out a way we can deal with all that to keep it clean. The other problem is that you're technically supposed to compl…

I feel like we need to just create our own review system. This one barely functions, but the guy that did the "bot" reviews actually manually went in, creating accounts, and manually posted them, across like 100+ unique IP addresses. Look…

Is Chicago network improving at all? It's going pretty much how I expected, they just got confused, blamed us for something, but they came back a day later and said "some bandwidth issues have been resolved" -- whatever that means. (Quote…

(Quote) I barely know how it works and I'm the guy that came up with it. But it looks like it's finally kind of doing what I wanted.

(Quote) Number one solution for this, usually, is the customer disabled their VNC and forgot. Can you double check this, and if that's not the case, then open a ticket?

(Quote) I'm always here, even when I'm not here. I was still checking LES when I wasn't posting. It's like opening up Instagram or something for others, muscle memory. New theory: VirMach is FrankZ and just gets tired having to switch between accou…

It needed a restart (WHM), it was being weird.

The weekend's almost over. I recommend getting in any of your final purchases for the year. I haven't yet decided if the sale will continue running or not and in what form, so if you like the current trends, probably last call as it may come to a cl…

(Quote) It was looking bleak, no one got any of them right and then @Jab comes in and creepily gets all three of them right (within 1%) so I'll go ahead and end it early now before everyone copy/pastes his answers. The real numbers are: 1) 38% 2) …

I'll let you guys guess again one more time if you want and any others to lock their guesses in before the reveal. Let's say in around 20 minutes, that should give you guys long enough. Feel free to edit it into your original post for your second b…

(Quote) I'll count that as reverse order (since the order is important and you did increasing instead of decreasing.)

(Quote) Can you guys get me some MTR reports, both directions via DM for Chicago? They didn't specify how many iterations so run it for a bit then send it over in text format.

This is pretty interesting. I combined a few of our different systems together just for a more accurate visualization. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but at the same time it's a lot higher than I thought. It's in regards to the percent of all ser…

(Quote) That's actually insane if it's giving you that error, it means we have absolutely no hope of it even being remotely correct with the number of active services you have and how long they've been active.

(Quote) There's so many variables and randomization. I think it just decided to do it that way and I believe Amsterdam is actually supposed to be more expensive in general, slightly.

(Quote) I talked about our smaller locations and a quick analysis of what I liked and didn't like about them. For Chicago, I'm pretty sure I listed something along the lines of "the network" being poorly managed on QN's end. I saw your me…

(Quote) I don't even know where to start with this one, it's not like my response would change anyone's mind. I guess you can say anything and make it appear however you want based on your personal feelings about it. It's definitely beyond stretchi…

(Quote) If LEB/LET is ever sold, you should definitely notify me as I'll probably be back within 24 hours. Right after they remove their weird speculative hit pieces on us though. Every time I read them back they seem more ridiculous, it's like DPRK…

(Quote) Here's our philosophy on almost everything. We can make exceptions and try to be fair, but at some point in certain situations, it may have to be addressed. In this case, addressing it was optional and the customer invoked it per the origin…

(Quote) It rotates between which of the three plans its available on. And the system also needs to consider you as an existing customer.

(Quote) It's at 8% currently, you guys didn't hit the 15% while I was sleeping.
