  Sorry to message you on here, but I have a ticket out (904548) in the customer service portal and nobody is answering it. I don't like rage-baiting by posting in a public forum thread, and up until now the ticket response time has been really good. Is there something going on? Your service is really good value, but it would be good to get a status update from you.
