myw.pt not responding

Hello everyone

I am not trying to bash a company as I like my.pt but I am having an issue where I am unable to get a response from anyone on a ticket. I am just trying to get a domain changed on my shared hosting account.

I have tried to reply to the ticket and have messaged mike on LES and have not gotten a response. Is the company still active? Does any know what could be happening? Any advice would be awesome.

    Don’t know anything company related but assuming it’s DirectAdmin (haven’t seen them sell cPanel) you can get that done yourself in a few clicks.

    Edit: If it is DA:

    • Go to domain management/setup
    • Click rename domain
    • Select old domain
    • Enter new domain
    • Click save

    If it’s not DA then please excuse me for barging in.

    Yes Myw.pt so should be DA

    And wow I never knew one could raise a ticket 🎟 for changing domain.

    Not being sarcastic to OP, and yes Miguel has been out of communication for some time. But I am sure he will be back once his move is sorted out.

    p.s damn it Michael if you knew how to change domain names, why did you make me do it during your SW era ??

  • Well, I feel stupid. I did not see the rename domain button. I hope Mike's move goes well. Please excuse me while I go and wear the dunce cap and re-think my life. lol :p

    @phxwolf glad your issue got solved :) Just regarding ticket replies in general, the other day, I opened a ticket with MyW on Sunday evening and got a reply on Tuesday. So, even though they might be busy irl, they are still replying to tickets. Just need a bit more patience, I guess.
