Hi @cservers , I made a pre-sale order for 3 years couple of days back and it is yet to be provisioned. Just wondering if this would be processed at all in the coming days or refund would be issued since you've mentioned changes to the offer is being worked out.
I guess the 99 years mentioned is for provisioning

Just to be clear, I was referring to the pre-sale deal posted on your website. Initially, Lisbon ( Portugal) was mentioned as the location of the proposed data center and the proposed provision date was mentioned as on or before 14th January.
For some reason the data center location was changed to Germany due to inability to secure good deal as mentioned in the earlier post by you and the proposed provisioning data got changed to around 16th -20th January.
I chose 3 years deal instead of 99 years deal although there were other timeframes ( 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years) to choose from.
Can you please confirm if this presale deal is still being worked out by you as I can't see any reference to this on the website?

Seller needs to travel to the data center, perform a vibe check on the remote hands, verify the fire extinguishers, and personally install the server.
After all, the server has to last there for 99 years.

During those 99 years, data center's intermittent power outages were as heart-pounding as watching a buyer's ECG doing continuous push-ups.

I just received an email from C-Servers regarding the new server details. I haven't got time to log on to the server yet. A bit of learning curve as it is ipv6.
@cservers said: I am handling this and in talks with multiple datacenters as we speak (so, no basements) for a long-term relationship,
But the thing is, basement operations are the tastiest!
I can run a basement server until the rest of my life.
Host it in a datacenter it starts to get difficult...
reduced I/O operations and disk optimizations were tested on Zeta4 (to be deployed soon) and done all across the board on all three servers (this one, Zeta1 and Zeta3), with improvements for 512k and 1M on all servers (and 64k on the Zeta 3)
Underlying kernel is much more recent (= more performant)
Has livepatching to ensure additional uptime
Among other changes. Which were basically why it took so long as well.
We've also adjusted the "99 year plans" according to your feedback.
This is now a separate section called "MultiVPS One-Time Paid Servers", the writing was intentionally made clearer.
They are now called "DynamicVPS", have a lower one-off cost, and actually have multiple differences:
they are pegged (more or less) to equivalent products, so that customers always know what they are buying
predict dynamic growth over time of vCores, RAM, disk and bandwidth, tied to the respective product ranges they address
are not tied to a direct CPU, although by product range equivalency they are always tied to a regular CPU (the same other customers are having)
are not tied to a specific location, but are tied to a specific region (Europe, at this moment)
guarantee at least the IPv6.
It gets much closer to the Servarica offer, in that sense.
Stock is internally limited to ~5% of the entire pool of available VPSes, for sustainability reasons.
We are now working to start to offer storage servers (and services) very soon.
Please do offer cheap storage, however make it good.
Storage from host_c is usable and stable however so far any storage from Hostbbr is kinda slow and slugish.
Peace on earth will come to stay, when we all live as LESbians every day.

Cloudflare takes over the world.
OS kernel includes cloudflared functionality, which routes traffic by domain name.
When you open a page in an app, the request is accepted by the local cloudflared, which uses AI models to decide where to forward the request.
The request leaves breadcrumbs along each node it traverses.
When the response is found, it follows these breadcrumbs in the reverse path back to the requester.
There are no addresses, just domain names and single-hop wireless links identified by ifindex.
Both RIPE and ARIN deadpooled, so is ICANN.
Each person gets assigned a free-for-life domain name at birth.
Additional domain names are charged at €7/year.
If you commit a crime, your domain names get deleted and you basically cease to exist.
I don't know if 99 years is reliable or not, but
I bought a natvps for three months,
and after using it for a few days,
I couldn't connect to it,
they said there was a problem with their server node,
I used the web vnc to log in,
and ipv4 didn't work

Question for @cservers and im gonna be a dick about it because I think all "lifetime" service agreements (or 99 years if we wanna be pedantic) are the scum of the industry and have no value to them apart from to swindle some short term revenue for the books.
What's your plan in 7 years when the datacenter these hypervisor nodes are in goes under or is bought out by Google to turn into a new AI factory? By that point your operating expenses such as power (especially for this older hardware) and bandwidth have already eaten significantly into that initial profit margin. Now you have to pay $$$ to safely move all of the hardware to your new datacenter which the op-ex costs are unknown at this time?
Ok ok, you choose to renew the hardware every 5 years instead, this gives you more flexibility with updated hardware to save on power costs as well as in the case of a dc move you could just recycle the old nodes I suppose as a cheaper alternative to moving them. But then where is the cap-ex for these hardware renewals coming from?
The reason I get so aggro about this is because its a money-grab plain and simple. Any company (yes Zap this includes you) that offers "lifetime" or near lifetime services is destined for the dead-pool. There is no way you can commit to 99 years into the future (hell, the CEO/director of the company will probably be dead before then) for a service agreement for a $400 one-time payment. This is just false advertising plain and simple.
Honestly the fact lowendspirit doesn't ban these types of advertisements is outstanding to me? As end of the day it is straight up just a scam.

Feeling a bit tired, let's call it a day.
Btw, beside cservers did you or anyone know providers that still use 23M network?
1fire.de used to be with 23M but now SYNLINQ
Already requested a refund
I couldn't find a useful provider for the 23m, but C-servers have been restocked, and the price seems to have changed.

Apparently one of my services, has been terminated, created again.
I guess the data on that vps is gone? IPv6 is also different but why?

It's sorted out now, though.
