    By all respect, when it goes by this time, my subscription will end before i can use anything again on your Plattform. This is unusable for a long time...

    Its not the one or the other, its different node.
    See, i am waiting now for 9 weeks for service and until then the service where down often, too. When you dont inform your Clients about the fact, that they dont can use theyr products for severel Months, what is the case, then this is maybe a case for refunding over payment service... . I had better experience with coucio.

    It's 109.122.221.32
    After migrated it's able to use, however it's unable to access SSH after re-install.
    Tried many times, installed different systems, can confirm the issue.
    Dies ihostart.micronode.uk re-installed the corrected Node?
    Please help check, thanks.

  • 109.122.221.33 is coming back.
    It is even slower than previous.
    In the previous node, I can establish an SSH connection (up to bash prompt appearing) in 2~3 minutes.
    After the so-called migration, it's taking nearly 5 minutes.

    Hello , yes we start lot of VMs and that it's cause , coming soon fixed , we finish 95% migration

    When new IP showing up in MicroNode panel?

    Also, reboot button in MicroNode panel doesn't seem to have any effect.

    Still unable to connect after re-provision from panel ihostart.micronode.uk

  • Oh I'm able to connect but it took 2 minutes.
    Extremely low performance.

    Affirmative, the load is about 7.00 and it took several minutes to SSH into the system.

    My data cant be migrated anymore!
    Why? Couse you only got 2 weeks after node transfer to initiate data transfer.

    How you can initiate this data transfer, i dont know... I tryd to do this. And after i cant find any possibiltys on the panels, i opened a tixket. But with response time about 14 days, and not the will to lead to an result, jes, i need to say, all my data is lost!

    Problem here is that you are not able to restore my data and instead of response on that Problem you are reffering me on refund, thats service at its best.

  • I guess he had enough. Got this email now. It was actually working better after the migration to newer hardware (from <1Mbps to ~50Mbps)
