Any ETA on your "network upgrade", fixing the 2mbit nat vps servers you have been selling tons of?
Also, how are you hosting this? Your mums bedroom?
Actually people who run free speach and DMCA-ignore operations, at the cost of their own peace of mind and living, deserve more respect and we need more people like Calin, in this world of global conformism and cancel culture.
NAT 50GB server has been offline since 9 hours ago.
Ticket reply says "network cracked".
How could a network become cracked?
Does this mean a cat bite the cable?

It could also mean the network sniffed too much white powder...
Or that the network's rear end is visible
Hello , I want to make a sad announcement, we will stop selling cheap VPS, when it comes to VPS with a lot of RAM and SSD or similar specifications, because we gather a massive number of customers who use them for production environments, and maintenance for them is much too high We plan to sell cheap VPS storage, and by the end of the year to complete the construction of 1 PB raw data
We have several clients with VPS storage, and it is very simple to manage them, do not require high uptime, do not arise problems with them, everything works perfectly and it s easier, it's on a plan for sell 1 euro per TB of HDD space, prices starting from 7$ /monthly, but more details about this coming soon
At same time , we have on plan to put in future several servers on colocation, right now we own ower 80+ Physical servers and 2.000 + active customers , Maintenance for them has reached the point where we get to respond to tickets in a very long time. I ended up being very stressed and sleeping very little, it's not the best way to operate a business with this things. In the past we answered tickets in maximum of 30 minutes and almost instantly on Telegram / Skype / Discord. We try to evolve with our services for better quality, not for bad quality
Selling VPS storage and dedicated servers will be prioritized and we try to provide more fast support and a much better network because the price for these services it's higher
It's better for have a customer with 7$ than 14 with 0.50$ or 3 with 2.5$ more IPs , more tickets , more stress , more bad quality services
For now, customers who have cheap services with us will not be affected and we are looking to more employers to help us with tickets

So there will still be cheap VPS without a lot of RAM and SSD?
All I want is a tiny VPS for downloading from pubic trackers, or even a VPN.
The issue is the cheapness. The provider must make enough money to not only support the hardware, but also for tech support team.
Lets say the monthly salary of their support team is $5000 and the team can respond/resolve 30 tickets per day. If they sell cheap and low end servers, they get a lot more customers and the 30 tickets budget gets used up very quickly. However, if they sell only high end servers, the 30 tickets maybe can support their entire customer base. That's why "tiny vps" is a bad for provider. Some still offer them to support the community, but if they solely rely on that, they wont be making enough.
One workaround to this is offering tiny VPS with ZERO uptime SLA and/or paid support. Something like $10 per ticket opened by customer. But question is, would you get a VPS from the provider that does that?

Depends a lot on the provider. I have some which I never needed to open a ticket for almost a year now, and counting.
It also depends a lot on the reputation of certain provider. Before going with iHostART I expected regular downtime and not great performance from such cheap prices, but I am aware of that and I don't complain.
Either way, I understand that not all providers want to do this type of deals for what you mentioned here, there's always the kids who open 1000 tickets complaining about apt update not working.

And that is the reason cheap/budget VPS costs more for providers and less and less providers tend of offer them...
