32T traffic, and yes it is using VirtFusion

Just a lot more CPU cores and bandwidth. More expensive of course, but it fits my needs. About the IP thing, I'm pretty sure you can, but it's probably better to ask greencloud staff about that.
It has 1 backup slot.
