Ah, I totally misinterpreted the topic title, expecting a request for lower than usual specs ("Below lowend").

Does 4 core Genoa / 8 GB RAM count as "low end" these days?

Yes, 8GB is low end at Advin, while the high end is 128GB.
She uses high density servers so that RAM is cheap.
