@LinuxWinMAC said: @VirMach I just purchased a VPS, Invoice #1667151, with 2 IPV6 addresses, but the second IPV6 address cannot be connected; can you check it? If you cannot provide support, please ignore it.
Have you tried their AI support or opening a ticket?
This is a Black Friday special vps and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to open a ticket.

Ah. If you bought the addon, you can. Idk if Virmach will be online for a while since I think it's night in his timezone.Otherwise, the AI support is still free to try in the meantime. Maybe it can help? He posted an example and it seemed interesting. Perhaps it could be a place to start troubleshooting.

Considering virmach's strict support rules, I dare not open a ticket easily; I'd rather wait for virmach to see the message. If he thinks it can be handled, that would be the best. If he thinks it doesn't need support, it won't have much impact.

If those are IPv4 addresses. Try pinging the gateway from the second IP address IE:

Ok, all 3 now... 2 of them are Amsterdam... HODL people, DO NOT BUY even though it looks like great prices... wait for it to drop in 30 mins!
i have observed the lower priced ones go UP instead of down (the higher priced ones usually go down and then up)

Yes but but but that's because people BUY it only because it's great prices!
To fool VirBot you have to become VirBot in your mind!
And as @user123 said, stop observing! For all we know there might be quantum effects at play and it changes state upon observation
Sigh, on a more serious note, the prices changes thing doesn't work for me, it adds too much stress and adds more calculations to my already overcomplicated calculating process... if it ONLY went down (no going up) then at least the only hassle would be to worry about it being sold out... but with prices going up... sigh...

ping -I [second IPv4 address] [gateway IP]
Thanks for your reply. There is 1 IPv4 address and 2 IPv6 addresses. One of the IPv6 addresses cannot be connected.
I've noticed all the good deals for AMS, like the one posted above for $5.5 are always when EU people are sleeping. Hopefully there will be one in a more decent time.

I think it's the live support chat that's AI.

Sounds like the answer is BUY BUY BUY!
Yes... I mean NO... WAIT... Didn't we agree we wait 30 minutes for the drop first?! ARGH!
Call me eager to spend money that isn't mine.
Sold out - I failed by waiting
There, there. Maybe you'll find something else you like for under $7/year. But, probably not the $59/year offer that replaced it.
And the other one went up and not down! Double fail! lol
well sounds like my observation was not inaccurate

You were observing again, weren't you.
no just replying the responses here 😅

Which location? None of my virbot idlers has IPv6
Virbot does not show that VPS should have ipv6.
Is Tokyo unsalable?
