Any way I can get my Lenovo Ideapad Z710 into Bios/Boot menu?
So, I've got an old (many many years) Lenovo Ideapad Z710 that is running Windows 10 and very swiftly at that thanks to a new SSD I installed about a year ago.
Thing is, I would want to boot into bios/usb in order to install dualboot linux, but I can't seem to get into Bios/USB Boot. I suppose it's vendor locked.
What I tried so far:
1) Normal way how to usually get into Bios: During Boot press any F1-F12 key (also FN+F#)
2) Win 10 -> Recovery Options -> Advanced Start -> There was no option for removable media boot/uefi as there is with my computer. No single option to boot from USB or start into bios is displayed.
3) bcdedit /set {bootmgr} display bootmenu yes (I was hoping it would display bios/other boot options, too. However, when the menu shows on startup I can only select Windows 10)
4) I was thinking that maybe somehow I can install Grub Bootloader from running Windows 10, but have not found a good way yet.
TL;DR: Can't get into bootmenu on old win10 laptop that is probably vendor/bios locked.
Any ideas?

F8 mostly brings up boot menus. Make sure to try from either a restart (not a boot), or a full boot by just cutting power (10 sec power button)
Hey teamacc. You're a dick. (c) Jon Biloh, 2020.
Thanks! Seems like it was really spamming FN+F2, but before I had already pressed down the FN key before pressing the power button, whereas pressing the FN key shortly after pressing the power button and then pressing the F2 key did the trick. The reason I pressed the FN button already before powering the laptop on was that this 5+ (?!) year old laptop still boots Win10 within 1-2 seconds, so I don't have much time to get into bios.
