what the most impressive is that hetrixtools says it has 100% uptime.

I rarely require support as I am usually capable of handling things on my own (except for that one time when I asked for reverse DNS, but now it's available in the panel). From what I've observed, their Discord is quite active, making it easy to ask questions and receive answers there.
