PA IPv6

Ever since I used my PA IPv6 to browse the internet, many websites started to require me to answer captcha questions before allowing access. Some outright banned my IP address.

The /48 is probably flagged as bot somehow?

How do I unflag it?

The all seeing eye sees everything...

They may be flagged but it is more likely they are labeled as server ipv6 and not residential ipv6. So there is not much to do here. I know some services like Hulu, Netflix, etc.. do this and deny TV to those specific IPs because people use tem to get regional TV. Like someone in Mexico using a VPN from the U.S. to get U.S. TV. I am guessing that is kind of situation here. The sites, or what ever it is you are accessing, have labeled those IPs.
