Cloudflare open sources worker runtime, and launched queue service

For folks using Cloudflare workers to build stuff, there’s now an option to self host the entire thing for local testing.

There’s also a new queues product, pretty helpful when you need something like Kafka.

Yes - cause nothing comes even close to responsiveness & low latency of worker + KV.
