Yikes, knowing GoDaddy very well. Maybe this will be different, but I'm not placing any bets.
Wouldn't touch anything 'GoDaddy ' with a 10ft pole. Not that I touched page.ly, either

It's been fixed today (or last night).
The solution (until they sorted it out) was to use Cloudfalre DNS.
A friend's site was "caught" so Cloudflare (or any other DNS for that matter) was what it took to solve that.
Edit:
It's amazing how people "losing XXXXXXX $ each day" didn't migrate their sites.

Yes people doing 20k ( from what they have said ) in 4 days are with siteground plan and no plan B ......... And not asked for help some sys admin ..... I do not know Rick ( meme of rick)
