———-
We are reaching out to you today to inform you that IonSwitch will be closing its Dallas, TX datacenter on Monday, July 26th. We would like to sincerely apologize about this closure, but we have decided to focus on our flagship owned and operated facility in Coeur d'Alene, ID instead. We've outlined your options below.
What are my options?
Migrate your server to our Coeur d'Alene, ID location
Please reach out to us via a ticket and we can migrate you at any time. If we don't hear from you about wanting any other options, you will automatically be migrated to our Coeur d'Alene datacenter starting on Friday, July 23rd, and a new IP address will be assigned.
Cancel and refund
We would be happy to refund you for the rest of your plan term, and provide recommendations on alternate providers in the same facility. Please reach out via a ticket if you'd like to cancel your server and we will take care of that for you.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience, and please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
Thank you
