Uhm, I'm trying to reach minivps.vpsadmin.inceptionhosting.com as that was where solusvm was installed (or well, my password manager pointed me there) but it looks like it doesn't work anymore?
I have 2 masters because back around 9 years ago I was getting a ton of issues being caused by latency mainly impacting the VNC connections, as they go via the master, so in India you would be hitting the uk > phoenix > back to the uk > back to India which was making things not work great.

2 possibilities.
1) you are using the wrong username.
2) they lapsed and got terminated. (obviously not by your screenshot)
I am 95% sure I know who you are so I will trigger a vps info email so you can get a username reminder.
its common for people that have other services or have had other services to use an old username e.g. ukvps1234 when they should be using minivps1234

I figured it out just in time before I hit submit on an unnecessary ticket.
I just was not expecting a different solus (master?) within same provider.
It was part of a bundle deal, it is just how whmcs handles it
