I echo yoursunny's thoughts, you should be loading your data to RAM directly without the ancient TMPFS layer. NVMe's architecture is direct-mapped to cpu/chipset almost like RAM. And gen4 is crazy f…

Big chunk of memory missing. Look for something strange on /var/log/dmesg. For comparison, this is my 1G ubuntu 22.04 free tier:
