I use hybrid on my own VPSes and whatever is set for MXRoute/OnePoundEmail i.e I don't change from the provider's default.

Goes off to try the above with VirtFusion (again)..

.. retried with Linveo and the installation kernel doesn't startup (looping back to grub). So it looks as though there's a fundament…
