Hetzner cloud, been really stable for me personally. Never had any issues, except one when they didn't allow me to get more than 10 VMs running at the same time.

Went with Hetzner to test out, and already put in a request to refund (in reality delete from next months invoice) I think Deinserverhost looks good, and I'll shoot them an e-mail.
