My NYCB030 VPS is now up as I can see it via VNC and has same IP but can't SSH. Restart via VNC but same issue. I can log into machine via VNC. And I can see it is assigned same IP when I ran command ip a (and same is shown in billing panel).

One of my DediPath VPS starting with 47.xxx.xxx.xxx is still online while other one 45.xxx.xxx.xxx is offline.

For me IP change doesn't matter as I am just using VPS to host blogs. So no matter what the IP is, I am fine with it.

Tried again. Ryzen 9 3900X, 1 core 1GB WordPress benchmark. Again superb performance considering it is 3000 series and VPS cost is $1 or $1.1 per year :p No wonder VirMach is in loss haha! (Image)
