Sounds interesting, I take it the whole machine would be dedicated to the customer just running the one VM? As long as you can pass all the flags like vt-x it would be awesome.

The easiest way to test this is by opening many tabs of Plex, and play a video in each one. Make sure you set the quality to anything other than "original" to ensure it transcodes each video instead of direct playing.
