I think the thread's title should be renamed to a one that matches what really happened. Edit: Fixed that. It's nice to see providers fixing honest mistakes and doing the right thing.

I'm curious: When they switched you to the 6-month billing period and issued an invoice for it (on the 19th), did you pay that invoice before the 24th (when your service was cancelled)?
