Been with them for about 2 years now... good hardware, great network, great uptime: https://hetrixtools.com/report/uptime/d2b5a7a7c4dec0e82f2800030e8b6acf/ Haven't used their support at all, so I can't speak to how good or bad that is.

(Quote) Yes, when viewing anything over 12 hours the graphs automatically scale up to show hourly data, however you can simply click on the graph on any of those hours in order to view the minute data from that hour.
