While we don't have as many low budget options at the moment listed we do have some E3's kicking around in NY that we can possibly get deployed currently working with quite a few others on them.

Having thousands of servers it's typically best to name them by their location itself.
Example H-17 RU4 etc

We do quite a bit with 10gbps uplinks even multiple and mostly up to 40g. It really depends on if you have a usage for that amount of bandwidth.

If you need the SSH key to do a specific command on other systems you can limit that key to only allow a specific command or set of commands.
