Can we make/ enforce a rule to have pricing for allowed plans in the provider post offers else the post is taken down and a cool down period is enforced?
Is it just me or it feels scummy / lazy on providers part
If the post/thread is flagged we remove it.
It has to be clear what the price is.
We do not check every offer posted, we need help from the community members.
If there are offers above the price limit, those are often removed while keeping the original post.
Agreed. Flagging is needed.
Maybe it is also important to call it out in the rules to ensure plan details are mentioned with pricing?
Of course not all plans/ packages will be listed, but ones within the limits should be.
Thanks
If you flag it and we remove the thread, I’m sure that providers will get it.
We have had many successful years and its only recently this behaviour has become an issue.
As its the providers responsibility to keep up with each forums rules, we are a bit different as we try to avoid copy/paste offers. Which I suspect is the main reason behind threads without prices.
Something you can copy/paste each week, with little effort.
Conclusion; flag it and we will remove it.
The provider is always sent a message with the reason for thread removal.
On January 23rd, 2025 the following was added to the Rules for posting offers
Offers that are temporarily reduced below the LES price limits, via promo code or other methods, must remain at the reduced price for at least 12 months before reverting to a price above the LES price limits.
Would be nice to see ban reasons and length on profiles of other people, saves trouble with misunderstandings etc.
We should write the reason for the ban when it goes that far, I'm sure it's not like that in every case, but it should.
If you read on the wall of the banned profile, you will see that exact reason.
Sometimes, for example; we find double accounts, we wont write the other account in the note, I don't think that is something that needs to be posted in public.

That's a double edged sword: provided info could be used to avoid bans.
Still, for now (and the foreseeable future), I think that providing reasons does more good (in terms of preventing any misunderstanding or abuse) than harm.
If that changes, we'll see about it (cross that brigde when we reach it).

Post only the rule that the profile violated, but not any detail.
This allows readers who see the banned profile to familiarize with the forum rules so they can avoid bans, while not giving away information that may be used to evade bans.
Hello. I hope my message does not violate the rules of this thread, but I have a problem getting the provider tag I created 2 tickets on the topic of getting a Provider tag, but did not receive any response. The first ticket was sent 15 days ago. I hope here I will be prompted, maybe I missed something. (The account meets all the conditions specified in the general rules and the requirements in the ticket itself as mandatory fields, but again, maybe I missed something).

Hopefully tagging them like this helps. I don't know who handles the provider tags though.

If that's not an official rule it should be.
