I just checked that I can log in to my OVH accounts, one of which is at https://us.ovhcloud.com. I think the dollar denominated US account might be what's needed for this transfer, right? I also have another OVH account in Europe, but it's set to Euros. Maybe, if the European account is what's needed, it can be reset to dollars, or maybe it can handle dollars?
So, if nobody else wants this server, and if you might be willing to transfer it for free, then I might take it.

Based on my experience it will take 3 confirmations for each of the contacts update (admin, tech and billing), which require consent from both parties involved. Just a fair warning.
