FAQ

Q: How many servers can i create?
A: You can create one server of each type per account. For now you can have up to 3 servers for free at the same time.

Q: Do i need to pay anything?
A: Service is completely free, there are no hidden costs or commitments. No credit card required.

Q: Do i need to give you any personal data for registration?
A: We do not ask for any personal data, you only need a e-mail address to register.

Q: Is free service safe?
A: Yes, only you have access to the server. Servers are also DDoS protected.

Q: Can i upgrade to paid plan?
A: Yes you can upgrade anytime. We will help you with moving your server to our paid option. You can still use free services after upgrade.

Q: Can you recover files from server that expired more than 7 days ago?
A: No, once the server is removed, all data is gone.

Things to keep in mind:
- Our free servers are provided with no guaranteed SLA.
- Free servers are not hosted on the same hardware as the paid ones. Performance may be worse on free servers.
- Basic support is provided via our Discord server. We only help with problems that are our fault, errors in panel or in game installation. We do not help with plugins etc.

Future Plans:
- Adding custom domains to Minecraft/Fivem Servers
- Adding free LXC servers
- Adding student pack with student benefits.

We are looking for feedback about our free services, all of it, good and bad.
If you have any questions or feature requests, feel free to respond to this discussion or join or our discord and chat :)

  • Thanks. I have created an account and it looks great. Sometimes I use oracle free vps for this purpuse. But you give the opportunity to everyone to run a server and have fun.

    Hi!
It turns out that the UK node had a problem with docker network configuration, common thing with pterodactyl wings software.
We have now fixed it and UK node should be working as expected now.
