To be fair, Serbia did play as offensibly as allowed while not being "suicidal." Two forwards, four players at the back.
Serbia has better players in my opinion. They played it like a " small team" first half defense even losing in the score..... I guess if they played the game as equals they could have obtained a point at least. My personal opinion for sure

Serbian football association is a bunch of mobsters, so the national team coach is chosen by obedience: he must be willing to list young players that need to have their prices hiked for selling (and stuffing managers' pockets) - he may not do his job how he thinks he should do it.
