    But given my recent search for a Canadian provider in the under-$20 range, this is close enough, especially with those stats!

    Well....they answered my ticket today, said it was no longer marked as fraudulent. As the original order is now marked as cancelled, so I tried placing a new order for the same deal (seemingly still available), and well, that one has also been tagged as a fraud detection, lol. I am...unsure how to proceed, but it seems that perhaps I am still in search of a decent Canadian VPS!
