Suggestions

Hello! I've recently made a post about Datalix (aff) (non-aff) and promised to give all my affiliate profits back to the community.

I have just recently reached the 2.5 euro mark, which is enough to keep the small test server I rented for the test IP and YABS running for another month, hooray!

So, with this in mind, I'm taking in suggestions of what we could host here for the LES community, I was personally thinking about hosting a Pterodactyl panel and issuing small Docker instances for people here.

The big question now:
  1. What should we host here?12 votes

    2. BashVM

The yeti wants little offspring, I see!

I upgraded the server to their Gold 6150 node, and I’m in the process of requesting for mail ports (opening a ticket as I type this)

Don't listen to the yeti; he gets lonely sometimes and might start having a temper.

In this case he does not need an offspring, he needs a mate. He likes things simple, not too sophisticated and not too profound. Besides, for some milk, one does not buy a whole cow.

Thanks to @Otus9051 and one other referral, we have received additional credits and I have managed to upgrade the server from:

    1 vCore (Gold 6150)
    6 GB RAM
    40 GB NVMe

    to:

    4 vCores (Gold 6150)
    12 GB RAM
    100 GB NVMe!

I will look into setting up root and non-root accounts today.

Oh so rent a mate (with benefits)?

Exactly, but one should be careful when stepping into yeti's datacenter.

There are some sightings of him, but not his lair. Some realists think that nobody lived to live the tale about the lair. Some liberal thinkers narrative is that all visitors fell in love with the place and keep it a secret in their hearts. Some say it is all a conspiracy to keep some top-secret stash of porn in a hidden hosting.

What about having limited shell script access? I remember finding a website that offers free shell access, but I can't recall the name. It was very helpful.

I'd need some help with this since I'm not that tech-savvy, but absolutely!
I'm currently moving so it's been kind of tough for me to be active but I'll take a look at it today.
