May I know the node? Mine was also suspended several days ago for the same reason. It was just unsuspended a few hours ago.

I also forgot which node, I have been using VirMach for almost 3 years and I purchased 15 units, all of which are annual VPS payments,. This is the first time I have encountered this situation

You should NOT expect support over a weekend and unless you are paying for priority support you should NOT expect support within 10 hours. Why am I responding - Because I am included in your quote !!!

I'll share some more information about it later when it's closer to being finalized, but there are some goals and all of this is very purposefully done at the moment. There's a reason he has not received a response yet.

Because it's kind of tangential to this subject, is it possible in the future that existing specials might be able to purchase the annual Premium Option upgrades that new purchases can?

It can take a few months. Don't worry.
