On a dedi it doesn't seem worth it for the tiny savings, though I might do it anyway. On the small VM's, ipv4 is a big chunk of the cost so I'm eager to save it. I think there are some technical issues they have to fix for the dedis though, and ipv6-only is not yet available for vm's.
Meanwhile, ipv4 cost is about to jump upward, as I guess we all know.
