2CheckOut no longer accepting web hosting merchants?
I have recently applied for 2Checkout payment gateway, but they have rejected the application saying that high risk business.
It's looks like after accuquired by Verifone, they have changed the internal policies.

I think it was roughly a week ago when an owner of a UK based hosting company told me that they their application has been accepted. So I am surprised by what you are saying.

They have been rejecting web-related businesses that do poor scoring applications for a very long time, they expect to see a running business with good numbers and with everything in good shape with no risk factors e.g. a UK LTD with an owner in Turkmenistan that has not yet submitted its first annual return is never going to get through their risk appetite score.
