  • I use DDR4 RAM. Indeed I consider DDR6 as the future. Graphic cards are stagnating right now, so it would come to no surprise seeing some leap to DDR7 in a year, just to increase sales and demand.

    Would that be a real transformative version, or a minor incremental one, (NVME 3x4 or USB 3 / 3.1 types) and rebranded as ver. 7 for higher price?

    Pretty good timing. In about a years time I can retire my AM4/ddr4 desktop to server duty and get a reasonably price AM5/ddr5 rig

    Assuming the chip shortage gods favour me that is
