For WHMCS 100% Yes, although we are planning to make a custom theme for WHMCS as well so that we have everything in house, for the website, on the other hand, it was entirely developed and designed by us.

    Site works now.

    However:

    • Your reseller matrix shows 30/60/80/100 cPanel accounts. The FAQ below it states: You can create as many cPanel accounts as your allocated resources allow. There's no hard limit on accounts. This seems contradictory.
      • Your reseller matrix shows "private nameservers". I take it this is just a cname to an actually SHARED nameserver and not a full ip with port 53 open per reseller.
    • "We provide reliable performance without hidden fees or overcharges" -> "All prices are excluding VAT and may be subject to additional administrative fees"
    • "If no name servers are specified, the default ones (ns1.wareserv.com and ns2.wareserv.cm) will be used. " -> what template are you re-using here?

    The magic 3 CPU vendors:

    • "Quick, time-limited sales based on existing plans or customized offers. They provide exclusive deals, attract high traffic, and boost short-term revenue." -> I think you might want to change this obvious template text.

    • "Yes, you can reinstall your VPS with a different Linux or Windows OS at any time directly from our control panel" -> then why is there a separate windows vps category?

    • ".IT, .COM, .EU included*" -> theres no explanation of the star.

    • The above contradicts with "Get a free .NET, .COM, or .EU domain with any annual web hosting plan"

    • The above contradicts with "Get a free .RO or .COM domain with any hosting package activated for 12 months"

    • "No migrations or downtime—just more storage, bandwidth, and features to meet your needs" -> All your plans include unmetered bandwidth, so how are you "getting more bandwidth"?

    • "One click gives you more storage, bandwidth, or performance" -> So one has to pick either more storage, more bandwidth (see above), or more performance?

    Shit alignment:

    What is it?

    Nice mouseover bruh:

    One of these is lying.

    Nice /div> bruh.

Its cool that your TOS states that "Material illegal under United States of America law" is forbidden, but does not mention Estonian law, where you're registered.

    • "there are special characters/symbols that are generally best avoided as there are specific limitations across various filesystems and storage destinations that can cause unintended issues with your backups. This list is not exhaustive and is meant to help determine and avoid errors regarding filenames and your backups." -> WHAT LIST?

    • "We will provide you with at least ten (10) days’ notice of your renewal pricing before the payment due date for monthly, annual, or longer-term plans."

    • "We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans."

So is it 10 or 30?

    • "Shoutboxes, chatboxes, live chat/live help (such as but not limited to LiveZilla) and other web-based chat programs are prohibited." -> yet you have a live chat on your homepage. Are you 1) not following the rules or 2) hosting your website on somebody else's server?

    • "The operation of gaming servers (such as but not limited to Minecraft, Counter-Strike, Half-Life, battlefield1942) are forbidden." -> "Intel is great for tasks that benefit from strong single-thread performance, such as game servers or control panels. "
So game servers are not allowed, yet you advise people that want game servers to pick an intel vps. Great.

    • "Physical memory limit (also includes shared memory and disk cache). Measured in MB, our hosting packages start from 1024MB." -> your "essential" hosting package has 512mb ram.

    • "Database queries should not exceed 3,000 per hour." -> Excuse me what? That's a completely unreasonably low number in this day and age, especially since you advertise that your wordpress thing can do 350k views/month, or just under 500 views/hour on average(!)

    • "You may not use the Unix “find” command recursively on directories more than 5 levels deep." -> HOW OLD IS THIS TEXT

    • "Services with Unlimited Bandwidth: Outgoing bandwidth is subject to a fair use limit of 25TB per month." -> OUR UNLIMITED STUFF ACTUALLY HAS THIS LIMIT

    4/10 pretty shit overall.

    4/10 pretty shit overall.

I thank you so much for your externals that are of utmost importance to us for transparency.
You are absolutely right about the questions you raised and I immediately activated the team to update the content that was a mix of old business considerations and new updates made with some policy changes.
I will also answer some of your questions:

Q: Your reseller matrix shows "private nameservers". I take it this is just a cname to an actually SHARED nameserver and not a full ip with port 53 open per reseller.
A: The nameservers are hosted at an external domain and not directly traceable to Dasabo.com, we mean this by Private NameServer, perhaps the more correct term would be whitelabel but even then it would mean giving the customer the opportunity to create their own redirection to the IP, which they can still do via DNS records.

Q: We provide reliable performance without hidden fees or overcharges" -> "All prices are excluding VAT and may be subject to additional administrative fees
A: As described in the footer, prices are not hidden, and we inform potential customers that TAXES and Service Charges may apply based on their geographic location and other factors.
Taxes are not the same for everyone, for example in Europe each country has its own VAT, the issue is more complex than how I am explaining it now in a few lines.

Q: "If no name servers are specified, the default ones (ns1.wareserv.com and ns2.wareserv.cm) will be used. " -> what template are you re-using here?
A: Yes I confirm that the default ones will be used which are ns1.wareserv.com and ns2.wareserv.com

Q: Yes, you can reinstall your VPS with a different Linux or Windows OS at any time directly from our control panel" -> then why is there a separate windows vps category?
A: This is a good question, with the new site we are creating new plans dedicated to VPS with Windows Server and optimized for it.
We will also remove the option from the other VPS plans to be able to select Windows Server during product configuration so there will be UNIX base only operating systems available while on the Windows VPS plans only Windows operating systems will be present.

Q: One click gives you more storage, bandwidth, or performance" -> So one has to pick either more storage, more bandwidth (see above), or more performance?
A: If I understand the question correctly, that message refers to the fact that with a "simple click" you can upgrade to the next plan.

As for the text alignment, I have already transferred the issue to the developer and it will be resolved soon.
As for the Free Migration, it simply indicates that we migrate the content of your website from another provider to Dasabo for free.
Obviously, to do this, the customer will have to contact us and exchange some information with us to understand the feasibility of the same.

Q: "We will provide you with at least ten (10) days’ notice of your renewal pricing before the payment due date for monthly, annual, or longer-term plans."
"We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans."
A: One refers to the change of prices on products and the other to the issuing of the billing cycle.

Q:"Shoutboxes, chatboxes, live chat/live help (such as but not limited to LiveZilla) and other web-based chat programs are prohibited." -> yet you have a live chat on your homepage. Are you 1) not following the rules or 2) hosting your website on somebody else's server?

"The operation of gaming servers (such as but not limited to Minecraft, Counter-Strike, Half-Life, battlefield1942) are forbidden." -> "Intel is great for tasks that benefit from strong single-thread performance, such as game servers or control panels. "
So game servers are not allowed, yet you advise people that want game servers to pick an intel vps. Great.

A: I have updated and removed the rule where we do not allow LiveChat and Game Servers, this is a major update in our TOS, it is a typo from the past, today we allow hosting this type of service and we already have customers who do so without problems, thanks for reporting.

Q: Database queries should not exceed 3,000 per hour." -> Excuse me what? That's a completely unreasonably low number in this day and age, especially since you advertise that your wordpress thing can do 350k views/month, or just under 500 views/hour on average(!)
    A: You're right, we've increased the limit to 10k

Q: Services with Unlimited Bandwidth: Outgoing bandwidth is subject to a fair use limit of 25TB per month." -> OUR UNLIMITED STUFF ACTUALLY HAS THIS LIMIT
A: This part may seem ugly or drastic and indeed it is a bit.
We mean that the services that report the wording Unlimited Bandwidth have a monthly cap of 25TB, once this amount is used the service continues to function normally with speed limitations, however we reserve the right to accept the advice and see in the future if we can change this rule to make it expressed in the most correct way.

I have not answered some questions because changes have already been made or there is simply nothing to change.
I really appreciate your effort and you are one of the few users in the community who has done such a detailed analysis that helps us and will help us improve in the future.
I remain at your complete disposal if you have any other advice to give us or something you think could be done better, we are always ready to listen to improve both us and our service.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. <3

The question is about the wording. The word "OR" implies that it's a OR b OR c.
