I faced nearly a week’s worth of downtime/unusability due to an issue with their disk going read-only on me a while ago, no compensation was given but the server’s operating okay now, not that I wanted it but it’d be nice to offer.
From what I understand Aquatis sold their equipment and IPv4's to LevelOneServers/Pure Voltage. They are keeping the clients online at their own expense. I would not expect the same level of service as in the past, or if you purchased directly from LevelOneServers/Pure Voltage. Make backups. Just my 2 cents.

Hmm so LevelOneServers acquired both EasyVM and Aquatis in this short period of time? Both companies of which apparently were unsustainable given the packages they provided? If so, I'd take backups indeed.
My understanding is LevelOneServers/PureVoltage only bought the hardware and some IPv4 ranges. Not the biz or the clients, they are just keeping people on line as a courtesy. If you were a previous customer of Aquatis, do your own research or contact LevelOneServers directly to see where you stand.

I mean, I don't expect much. But I guess I can't really expect much of anything.
