    Reddit says they suspend accounts after some inactivity.

    Don't you guys happen to know more on that?

    FAQ and rules do not mention anything.

    I recall it was 3 months inactivity and you have to wait in IRC for your account to be enabled or may not be re-enabled at all...

    "Inacitivity" meaning not logging in/participating in the site. Simply seeding doesn't count.

    I log into my TL account once in a while and haven't received any notice of inactivity 🤷🏻

    maybe they changed the rules, I recall someone not login for a long time and got deactivated...maybe months or years... :)

    Does anyone have any tips on how to build up ratio? I have an iHostArt seedbox I've been meaning to put to this use, but I want to increase my complementary 15gb rather than diminish it. Thx

    Seed a freeleech for 10+ days.
    Something with many leechers

    When iHostfART inevitably loses data or eventually deadpools, all your running torrents that haven't reached 10 days will become HnR.

    cannot imagine that kind of disaster... just run away from that PT and never come back...

    jump onto the latest freeleech torrents and seed it for as long as you can, 1 week or more...and you can build your starting buffer there. :)

  • Instead of looking for VPS, buy a seedbox from ultra.cc or whatbox.ca.

    I mean by that time you might as well have enough buffer to compensate for it... Or just use another host :P

  • I also have a seedbox with @PulsedMedia that's due to expire soon... The renewal price would be the same for it compared to iHostArt... I was considering renewing that and abandoning iHostArt but at least Calin eventually responds on Discord.

    I have two tickets with @PulsedMedia that are being ignored. (#917595 for my seedbox being completely down and the other for a renewal enquiry).

    Low End VPS is certainly cheaper. :)

    PulsedMedia has... quite the reputation, at least as far as I remember. You can search up some stuff on OGF (not sure if anyone has written a post on PM in here) and you'll find plenty reasons to avoid them.

    €18/year => €81/year
