Chicago went through a cold spell. So yeah things are a but messed up. Once they warm up more data will flow, faster.

I'm about to reveal some of my experiences with @VirMach.
About a month ago, VirMach forcibly migrated my Tokyo-based server to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I missed the email notification and didn’t notice it in time. Two weeks ago, I submitted a ticket to move it back to Tokyo, but it was denied with the claim of having multiple accounts. The CS even threatened to close my account if I submitted any more tickets.
In reality, I only have two accounts with VirMach: like [email protected] and [email protected]. Yes, that's right—two accounts with the same username, abc, just on different email platforms. Both are my primary emails.
I’ve been one of VirMach’s long-time users and have consistently purchased new servers from them over the years. Despite their reputation taking a hit in recent years, I still chose to trust VirMach.
But now, everything is over. Users are nothing in the face of VirMach.

can you share how you got to own these Tokyo vps?
how did you miss those emails being primary accounts?
do you have secondary / tertiary accounts with him?
