i just googled sha256 decode and tried to decode it which turned no results. now it seemed so easy
I wrote a couple scripts to try a couple different methods of running all the codes from the cipher in every permutation to SHA256 and trying to compare with what he posted. I'm not sure what made me realize it was just right there.

SHA256 = 32 byte hash
32 bytes = 64 character
64 / 8 (length of coupons) = 8 coupons
