Your statement reminds me of a cheap MicroSD card of Chinese brand I bought around 10 years old, whose maximum speed is 1.1 MB/s then stabilizes at 800 KB/s. It's useless to me, so I installed it to my mother's smartphone as extended storage.
After that I only choose famous brands like SanDisk, Toshiba, or the like.

Hi,
we are working on improving IO speeds on the HDD node.
It has been 3 days.
Any ETA when this issue is expected to be resolved?
Please be patient. He's working on it. Have you already seen disruptions? You should have got a couple of them before he claims it's solved. Not that it then will be solved, it could be, but it also couldn't.

Does performance advisory apply to ticket resolution speed as well?
is this offer for vps servers or just web hosting?
the cost is nice and cheap can i know if the offer for vps or webhosting please?
because i try to buy one of this plan but until now not paid cuz not see choice the linux system like ubuntu,centos...etc
or maybe can take the choice after pay for it?
have a nice day.
@DivZezo said: is this offer for vps servers or just web hosting?
Obviously VPS. Look at the title, there should be no ambiguity.
@DivZezo said: not see choice the linux system like ubuntu,centos...etc
Yes, there is. I always choose Debian.
C1V is very affordable but accordingly may not be as stable as you expect.
If you know how to install Debian 11 (or any other OS) directly from source iso url, that would be the best way to install OS on this VPS that comes with performance advisory. So keep the advisory in mind.
I am running Windows Server 2022 Standard edition. Having said that @c1vhosting is not among my list of recommended providers.
I have a VPS with them.
It's offline days ago, they help me to bring it back, and ask me to leave a review to get one resource upgrade.
The VPS died again after doing that, and nobody replys my tikect: #C1V_9960315_TCUSID.
What can I say?

This is unique, unforgettable, and unmatched performance
perfect to match with performance advisory.
When you buy cheap, you often pay twice—
once for the bargain and again for the regret.

You should find that a netboot ISO is already mounted in the virtual CD-Rom, you can simply change the boot order temporarily, no need to mess with a donor OS. It's configurable via the 'edit pen' icon in the 'information' panel's title bar. You'll need to configure IP manually.

you can leave a bad review
Reviews and C1V is a funny story...
I did write a negative review about C1V on a well known review site.
First thing that happened, I got a mail from the review site: "C1V Hosting would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email. If we don’t hear from you within 3 days, your review may be taken offline.". Well, no problem. I provided that.
Then another mail: "You reviewed C1V Hosting, who believe your review actually belongs to another business.". Well, I know for sure it isn't. So I let the review site know that I wasn't mistaking.
One month after that: "C1V Hosting has flagged your review for containing harmful or illegal content.". Pardon me? So I filed a complaint. "We’ve assessed your review for the reason it was flagged and determined that it follows our guidelines. Therefore, we’ve now put your review back online."
So basically, he tries to get negative reviews offline, with several attempts if it fails...

ur a noisy neighbour, because running Windows on such a cheap VPS consumes much more resources, which directly or indirectly deteriorates other customers' experience. ur quota of resources should be lower by C1V's AI scheduler.

Did you look at the cpu resource utilization… it is around 15-20% range …
Did you look at memory utilization … it is below 40%
My storage space utilization is below 30%
So, kindly explain how I am consuming more resources?
@bliss
I have installed Debian 12 version in place to Windows 11, so that I am no longer a "noisy neighbor"

if there is no or little cpu steal (as in the case of premium providers), the Windows Server OS is pretty resource optimized and does not need much resources.
Here is one example , the cpu utilization is below 2% ... yes 2%
Provider is BulletHost (in case you are interested)
.
Here is another example.
This is @host_c storage VPS (10TB one) and I am using as my primary Windows RDP dev machine. Look at the resource utilization below and running for 81+ days. It would have been 140+ days, but it has to be restarted to upgrade the 5TB storage to 10TB.
So, one can be running Windows RDP and still be resource optimized, provided the provider is premium.
and @host_c is one such provider.

how this provider is still allowed here is unbelievable
