I agree actually in the last couple of months Hetzner network has been up and down, not sure OVH is the answer though.
I don't think I've ever had "great" speeds from Hetzner to the US. They're good in the same region but I've definitely noticed things that are kind of annoying. Occasionally I'll get alerts that my Hetzner stuff went down, but it doesn't really, it just loses connection for like 10-20 seconds randomly for no reason, guessing large attacks on the network or something. Not too often, but still something that isn't normal.
It's cheap though so I don't complain. Beats paying 3x more at OVH for worse hardware. I don't think I'd host websites on Hetzner though, since that would be a lot of international traffic.
Hetzner is pretty decent within europe and to certain part of Asia. To usa, it is a hit or miss. OVH isn't much "premium" either. Even if they were, with their current support system, I would rather stick with Hetzner or pay couple of bucks more for premium experience. Maybe some where in Frank/Ams. But that is me.

I don't mind either, just was surprised to read this. Personally, I was happy with the Hetzner Location.

It's 22/2/2020, just saying.
Doesn't change the fact that there are just too many two-s.
