  • When will you launch the famous NAT VPS for your new Ashburn location?

  • AuroraZeroAuroraZero Moderator

What does the Ashburn uptime look like? Anyone have an analysis? Can I use it to build Slackware packages for my custom system I am building?

Will you kick the Yeti is he hosts a Slackware repo? What size shoe do you wear? Pants or no Pants?

no, it's the person behind all of this that's messing up (you), not the hosts you're reselling from.

the lack of planning, sudden changes/migrations/... there's no way to predict anything with this host.
and just by seeing their horrendous uptime, in their public uptime page (having 98.3% uptime when their SLA agreement "guarantees" 99.9% network/power uptime is ridiculous)

this was not the sudden changes/migration we annonce before via email if you dont recive the email due to any error i m sorry for that but after that also i think i work on every single request to fullfill the client need. about SLA yes there was an issue with our texas node 2 not all others have

about NAT uptime there is no one who can calim 99% uptime overall against NAT because daily we face many issues regarding it but still i m trying my best to resolve on pirority basis

if you wish to give a try to our service i can offers you a 1 month trial in our all VPS/NAT services just order any of the basic plan from our service listed on website and just shoot me a DM on discord or a support ticket

Purchased KVM NAT on the 17th (by the way, you didn't have any O.S images, and I had to contact you to get my VM running because it would never start, apart from waiting for O.S templates to download)
18th got an email about migrating from KVM to OVZ (a single day after making your public offers here you decide to migrate virtualization platform)
So everything I did that past day, lost, had to manually migrate myself to a service that was deployed on the 24th. Can't remember how much time you gave to migrate, because IIRC you maintained my old KVM NAT for a little longer? Eventually asked for a refund, I wanted KVM for my own reasons, and you initially gave me the option to move to some HH node in SG which you had NAT KVM, and then that same day on a ticket you told me not possible.

I also had a Turkey KVM NAT with you (which I paid full price, $12/year for a NAT) which was migrated a total of 3 (or 2, can't remember, it's been over a year already) times, with IP changes, routing changes, everything possible, I eventually gave up on that because I had to open a ticket every time it went down because in 3 whole days you didn't notice port forwarding/the node was not working/down.
I don't completely blame on you for this one, as you've made a clear explanation to me on the ticket, which well, shit happens, but it's annoying asf, it happened just too many times.
Don't forget this, not a single apology email or anything, just noticing my VM going down (as it was already common I didn't bother to open another ticket after a few days that I got a "New VM creation" email in some other country)

about NAT uptime there is no one who can calim 99% uptime overall against NAT because daily we face many issues regarding it but still i m trying my best to resolve on pirority basis

I've given you a second chance (there's my comment on the SG NAT KVM post offer you made here) and you failed me. I'm never touching your services ever again.

I have no doubts that you seem like a good guy that has good intentions, but this needs to improve by a lot. Until then, I won't give you a third (or whatever many I already gave you) chance.

let me tell you the truth happen with us in turkey if you remember the drama of serverscity then hope you can understand we have a server with them since 2019 and in the end of 2022 i think, we having an issue with services with them i reached them they always said it s resolved but after few days it happen again but at the end he said i have sold the company to xxxx i dont remember the exact name new owner having an issue with datacenter with billing since then we moved to the new DC and it got resolved in turkey

there is no way to be a 100% perfect but i m trying my best to improve my services as much as i can :)

if you have any plan to test in future i will be there to offer you a trial before you can go with paid <3

If there are so many issues with NAT (resulting in many support tickets) how come you can offer it so cheap? I really like the NAT idea, perfect for VPN (shared ip privacy) and price is awesome
