I have purchased E5-2680-V3. May I ask if it is possible to change the configuration to 1TB SSD+64GB of memory, which means exchanging the hard drive for memory. (Invoice # 2024-03-28-326)

How are you contacting him? He may have a big backlog of tickets on WHMCS and isn't that active on LES.
I can assure you everything is fine, have constant contact with him.

Just wait, one day of delay is not the end of the world, he has a lot of work(also in private life currently).
