Nice to see you back. Is there any snapshot/ backup feature added? And is custom ISO installation easy now? Abd still using RAID-0 for some nodes?
I used your service last time and performance was good, so wanted to give another try
diskspeed is noticeably slower than here in this test:
Disk speeds can sometimes vary depending on the host node that you are placed on, sometimes we use Gen4 and sometimes we use Gen3, almost always enterprise drives. I would try and run that test again, perhaps someone else was running a disk benchmark or a Yabs or maybe the IO activity on the node was (for some reason) abnormally higher than normal, given that we started onboarding a lot of new VPS's.

Backups/snapshots are not available still unfortunately, it's a bit of a logistical challenge to do without having issues. Sadly we still require a ticket for custom ISO mounting.
We have some legacy nodes with no RAID or RAID0, but our newer nodes are usually RAID5/RAID10 and we are working on completely phasing out the old nodes. All drives are enterprise drives, typically Kioxia CD-6 or Intel P4510.

We will be receiving a shipment of another 2TB of RAM tomorrow, will evaluate where to send it to. Maybe Singapore, Los Angeles, or Nuremberg, should keep stock for at least 3-4 weeks
Also saw that Tokyo was popular in the poll, will have to see, currently we are with HostUniversal but we haven't really done colo with them in Tokyo - will have to see if there is availability and at what cost for future expansion. Nuremberg or Los Angeles might especially be ideal because we have transit directly and space with the DC directly rather than working with a reseller.

I'm the same. No one has dealt with the work order.

same issue, install failed, been waiting to be dealt with for a long time...
Shouldn't the server provider have someone on duty around the clock? My understanding is this. If something happens, it can be solved in time, otherwise it will cause greater losses. Do you think this is how it should be?

Yes, there are providers that do this as long as you are willing to pay them enough to hire people to provide this service. The LE market requires an understanding that work orders may take a little longer.
I am currently traveling in mostly remote areas until sometime in April 2024. Consequently DM's sent to me will go unanswered during this time.

Well, the server merchant I bought from basically has people online handling work orders every day, and the same is true on weekends.

Why don't you buy from the same merchant, for the discount correct?
I'm sure @Advin can do the same if you are willing to pay for it.

Server deployment problems are typically a much lower priority than other tickets. We generally do have someone online and we do work weekends, but unfortunately we have been busy due to a separate incident in Los Angeles where we had a hardware failure (which is related to these issues in server deployment).
All tickets about server deployment problems should be cleared up by today.
