You might have it enabled on a webmail client like Crossbox, but it's just that webmail client. Email protocols sadly do not support 2FA.
I still think it's weird that people like 2FA on webmail clients while knowing that IMAP/POP/SMTP aren't relevant to it, but the feedback has largely been than people prefer irrelevant 2FA to no 2FA. It's a head scratcher for me. But I've made no effort to reduce any availability of it as a result.
@jarland In Crossbox, I can add another email account and check emails for each email ID without logging out from each account. How do I add another email account in the webmail, as I did not find any setting to add another account?

CrossBox's interface have a lot of rough edges (its very buggy, slow and un-intuitive) so its a very welcome change, however I cannot login into my account (it says "Login failed"). Maybe it have to do with the fact my account is on cPanel and not DA? @jarland

I was able to login to https://webmail.mxroute.com/ without 2FA (I have it enabled).

Do everything as though everyone you’ll ever know is watching.
Will this work as a whitelabeld solution for reseller hosting?
Not presently. Though you might be able to reverse proxy to it.

Mmm, some gmail'ish vibes from that UI... Not bad.
