@flips consider yourself a lucky guy. I ticketed in October 2022 specifically to ask for nested virtualization to be enabled in my EPYC 7351 VM, for a project that required it. I was told "I am sorry, but we don't support nested virtualization."
NOTE: I really like this provider.
